I live in Kingman and I will be as helpful as possible to get you going with your new property. I am
familiar with the permitting processes that are required by our local county government and I can
eliminate many of the bureaucratic red tape head aches that are commonly involved with building
and land development.
I am a civil engineer by trade and I have an extensive background in land development. I also have
a real estate license and I know exactly what the market is doing today, what it has done in recent
history, and a very good idea about where it is going in the future. I spend a great deal of time,
money and energy learning everything I can about our local real estate market as it pertains to the
value of vacant land.
I work hard to get quality land for cash at a significant discount to fair market value. I then sell at fair
market value (or often 10% to 25% less) offering flexible terms and small down payments. This is
how I am able to make my profits.
Even though banks advertise low interest rates, in all reality the banks are not lending money. I
do. I make it possible for you to buy your own property and I provide the land loan.
All of the land I buy and sell is in the vicinity of Kingman, Arizona. I am originally from the Niagara
Falls, New York area and I want to give you just a few of the many reasons I love Arizona:

Our focus is to offer a good value to clients that would like to buy some property but do not have a
lot of money to put down. You may see some amortization schedules based on a small down
payment. If you can offer a significantly larger down payment or you are looking for an “all cash”
type of transaction then I would ask that you prepare your own offer and I will personally review it to
determine if it is something we can work with.
As a final note, please be on your guard if you are shopping around and talking to out of state
property owners. Many of them have never seen the property and if you run into problems, it is
almost impossible to find them or get them to help you. I am always local, always return phone
calls as quickly as I can, and will do anything I can to help.
